Q: I'm new to working with stones & crystals. Is there any particular crystal I should get first?
A: This is a great question! Here at Earth Energy Stones, we don't believe in rules when it comes to buying crystals. What we do believe in is stones & crystals will let you know when there's a connection. It could be you think a stone is pretty or you feel a rush of energy or you just can't stop thinking about a particular crystal! Long story short - go with what you feel! You know you best!
Q: How do I clear my crystals?
A: There are several ways to clear unwanted energy from a stone or crystal. The most common way is using sage. You can also use a singing bowl, and for crystals that are water-safe, you can run them under water. The key behind all clearing is setting the intention of removing any energy that is not innate to the stone or crystal.
Q: Is the energy of a crystal more powerful the bigger the crystal is?
A: We get this question a lot. The innate energy of a crystal doesn't change based on its size. What does change is the size of energy field the crystal emits.
Q: Do you have a store?
A: Not yet! But we are working really hard at opening a storefront. In the meantime, our website and Facebook Live shows are our stores!

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship to the continental U.S. (Free!!) and Canada. If you live outside these areas, contact us and we can provide you a shipping quote!
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! When you're order is packed up and a shipping label has been created, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
Q: Do you ship via UPS or FedEx?
A: At this time, we only use the United States Postal Service for shipping.
Q: When will I get my order?
A: We know you are excited to receive your crystal beauties! Once you place an order, your new crystals will be on there way within 3 business days. Yaaayy!

Q: What is your return policy?

Q. How does a payment plan work?
A. First, any order $50 or over is eligible for a payment plan! Second, once you check out, you will determine a payment schedule that works for you based on the amount of your order. Third, you will need to sign the Terms and Conditions in order for your payment plan to start. All payments will be processed automatically.
Q. Do I have to put down any money for a payment plan?
A. Yes. You will need to put down a minimum of 20% of your total order.
Q. Is there a service fee for using a payment plan?
A. Yes. Each time you sign up for a payment plan, a service fee of 6% is charged. This amount is added to your total order and distributed throughout the number of payments you signed up for.
Q. What will my payment plan look like?
A. Great question! You have the ability to structure a payment plan that works just for you! You can select the frequency of payments, the amount of your down payment (20% or more), and the length of your payment plan. Note: There are set payoff timeframes based on total order amount.
Q. What payment options do you take?
A. You can set up your payments to be withdrawn from your bank account or charged to your credit card.
Q. If I sign up for a payment plan, when do my items ship?
A. Your crystal beauties will be on their way to you as soon as you complete your final payment!
Q. Can I have more than one payment plan?
A. You sure can!
Q. What if I want to change or edit my payment plan?
A. No worries! You have the ability to sign into your payment plan account (set up when you first sign up) and change the frequency of your payments and/or your payment method. Q. What if I want to cancel my payment plan?
A. If you cancel your payment plan, please be aware that all payments including the initial down payment are non-refundable. Any cancelled plans will result in forfeiture of your items. If you have any concerns about this, please email us at email@example.com
Q. What is your return policy?
A. Refunds for items purchased using a payment plan will only be issued if the item arrived damaged. If this happens, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with photographic proof of the damage (item and packaging). We will contact you to let you know the next steps.
